We are looking for a proactive and versatile Product Manager to drive product development from idea to execution. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats—working with customers, defining product requirements, collaborating with design and engineering teams, ensuring quality, and supporting successful product launches.

As a Product Manager at Ibento, you'll play a key role in shaping our products while balancing customer needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Own products and features throughout their lifecycle—from discovery to launch and continuous improvement.
• Gather requirements through customer interactions, stakeholder meetings, and market research.
• Write clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Prioritize the product backlog based on business impact and customer value.
• Work closely with UI/UX designers to create intuitive user experiences.
• Collaborate daily with engineering teams to clarify requirements and remove blockers.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning.
• Conduct product demonstrations, collect feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Perform functional testing and validate features before release.
• Coordinate with Customer Success, Sales, and Operations to ensure smooth product rollouts.
• Analyze product usage and customer feedback to drive continuous enhancements.
• Maintain product documentation and release notes.
• Track project progress and ensure timely delivery of product milestones.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Project Management, or similar roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience writing PRDs, user stories, wireframes, and functional specifications.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Notion, Figma, or similar.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and execution skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in a SaaS or startup environment.
• Understanding of UI/UX design principles.
• Experience working directly with engineering teams.
• Knowledge of SQL, APIs, and basic technical concepts.
• Experience conducting user interviews and usability testing.
• Familiarity with AI-powered products or workflow automation.
